Spring Rates - Great Time to Get Away!

Spring Break has come and gone for most, but that doesn't mean that the deals are over on Navarre Beach.

Late April to early May is still a great time to escape for a quieter stay before the schools let out for summer.

Sunset Harbor Palms - great for a weekend away for two with views of the Sound, access to the Palms Pool and Pier, and a block away from the Gulf beach access.

Sunset Harbour Villas - great for family getaways or weekends with friends. The villas are also located on the Sound side of the island with most units viewing the Sound. Enjoy pool access, and the convenience of the Sound shore steps from the Villas or choose the Gulf which is a block away.

Navarre Vacation Rental Spotlight - Sugar Beach C-7 and F-29

When planning a vacation to Navarre Beach, many people are wanting beach front. One property called Sugar Beach is Gulf side giving the vacationing guest the convenience of being Gulf front without paying the top price of the high rises.

Sugar Beach is a community located a half mile down from the Navarre Beach Causeway - therefore making it close to island restaurants and an easy commute back to the mainland for groceries. Sugar Beach offers town home living with two story condos. The main living, dining and kitchen areas being on the ground floor while bedrooms have a little more privacy on the second floor.

Navarre Vacation Rentals has two lovely two bedroom condos at Sugar Beach: C-7 and F-29. As the development is shaped in the form of a U both of these properties are on the side of the U and therefore are not facing the Gulf. But to get to the beach one does not have to worry about crossing any roads, just walk out the back of the development and there is the Gulf waters.

Each condo is fully equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, silverware, glassware, and cooking and bakeware. You have your own washer and dryer in these condos to help in freshening up used beach towels.

The sleeping accommodations in C-7 is a King bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper in the living room.  In F-29, the master has a Queen bed and two fulls in the second bedroom.   Both easily sleeping up to 6 people maximum.
