As the development is shaped in the form of a U both of these properties are on the side of the U and therefore are not facing the Gulf. But to get to the beach one does not have to worry about crossing any roads, just walk out the back of the development and there is the Gulf waters.

Each condo is fully equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, silverware, glassware, and cooking and bakeware. You have your own washer and dryer in these condos to help in freshening up used beach towels.

The sleeping accommodations in C-7 is a King bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper in the living room.  In F-29, the master has a Queen bed and two fulls in the second bedroom.   Both easily sleeping up to 6 people maximum.
